Here are 70 residential mortgage top producers in the Austin area

The 2025 list of the top mortgage producers in the Austin area ranks the area’s most active residential loan officers according to their home loan production in 2024. The list includes loans for local properties as well as nonlocal. All loans must be originated and closed under the agent’s NMLS ID number. This year tracking 2024, combined production of loans for the top 40 listmakers reached $2.3 billion for 5,005 loans closed inside and outside the Austin market. Of that, the Austin area accounted for 3,888 of the loans which generated $1.82 billion. The previous year, top producers garnered a total of $2.64 billion across 5,341 loans. Of that, 3,854 loans were in the Austin area and generated $1.95 billion. To be eligible for the list, all loan officers must operate from the Austin area and provide verification of loans made. Some loan officers have licensed assistants that help process paperwork and communicate with clients. Only retail home loans and refinancings are tracked. Repurchase, home equity, cash-outs, second liens and wholesale loans not included. The Austin coverage area includes Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop, Caldwell and Burnet counties.
