San Marcos concrete company that helped build Tesla, Samsung, AT&T Stadium acquired
Heldenfels Enterprises in San Marcos has been acquired. The Austin-area company has helped build more than 30 stadiums and arenas, including work on the Kyle Field at Texas A&M University, AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas Tech’s South Endzone and the Houston Texans’ Reliant Stadium. It’s also worked on factories for Samsung and Tesla.
