Q&A: JLL's new industrial sales leader says tenants still find Austin attractive despite growing vacancies
Despite rising vacancies in the industrial market, the new director of JLL Central Texas Industrial Capital Markets views the outlook as far from bleak. That’s because demand for industrial space in the Austin area remains solid, he said, and plenty of groups are circling the metro looking to become tenants and soak up some of the available space.
