Infrastructure being laid to support growth in far East Austin, including in 'Dog's Head'

Texas Gas Service is installing new pipelines in far East Austin. The majority of the new pipeline is being laid from the western side of State Highway 130 near the Tesla gigafactory, across the “neck” of the “Dog’s Head,” and finally across State Highway 183 into East Austin.
