Austin's density bonus programs for developers could be revamped

According to Mayor Kirk Watson, the new zoning is “proving to be divisive, difficult to utilize, and ultimately too far from achieving the goal of council to provide more housing by allowing more density.” At the end of this report, check out the ABJ’s latest list of multifamily development firms in the metro.
