New corporate campuses, sky-high apartments and a big industrial spread were among the winners picked by judges as part of the 2026 Commercial Real Estate Awards.
ABJ ranks 18 coworking firms in the Austin area as market grows
The 2026 list of coworking firms includes companies ranked by the combined square footage of all coworking locations in the Austin area, including shared space and private offices. This year’s list tracks 18 firms with a combined 1,010,250 square feet of coworking space as of April 2026. WeWork tops the list again with 298,149 square feet of coworking space across five locations, according to its website. The company did not respond before publication. At No. 2, Industrious continues to expand its Austin footprint, growing to 225,000 square feet across eight locations, up from 200,000 square feet last year. FUSE Workspace rounds out the top three with 105,836 square feet across four locations, holding relatively steady year over year.
