Massive VA Clinic in Copperas Cove on track to break ground in August

Entities tied to Cullinan Properties Ltd. on May 19 were approved by the Copperas Cove City Council for a Chapter 380 economic development agreement related to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs outpatient clinic project.
