$371M Bastrop County peaker plant up for incentives

The entity behind the project, MPH Bastrop Peakers LLC, is proposing to construct, operate and maintain a six-mile, 30-inch natural gas feedstock pipeline and a 1,170 megawatt-gas fired electrical peaker power plant.
