Austin Surf Club halts construction, owes $4.6M in liens

A lot of celebrities are looking forward to this neighborhood that would be anchored by a wave pool fit for pro surfers. The situation represents a major snag for the ambitious project at the former site of the NLand Surf Park near the airport. Included with this report is a list of new local neighborhoods adding homes now.
